What should I include in my service request?
Include your Duramax’s year, make, model, engine, mileage, and current setup. Describe your build goals or repair concern, any warning lights, and recent work.
Can I get a repair price before diagnostics?
Routine maintenance can often be scoped from the truck’s details. For a fault or an unknown problem, diagnostic work may be needed before a reliable repair estimate is possible.
Does a service request reserve an appointment?
No. An appointment and drop-off time need to be confirmed with the shop. Preparing a request does not reserve a bay or authorize repairs.
Should I mention towing or work use?
Yes. Towing, hauling, idling, and heavy work can change maintenance needs and help explain when symptoms occur. Tell us how the truck spends its days.

How do I send a service or build request?
Prepare and review your request, then choose “Open email draft.” Your email app opens a draft to Egyptdiesel2@gmail.com. Review it and press Send in your email app. You can also call 812-571-0083 Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. An appointment must be confirmed with the shop.
